The Plans

Here are the plans on what we are in the process of doing.


We are adding the Breakfast room and Study on the back of the house. The remaining area of our deck is going to be replaced with a concrete deck, which will lead down to our new Pool and Hot Tub. There will be concrete decking all around the pool and we are going to have a slab poured for a future Tiki Bar.

Our own Piece of Paradise!!

Aloha from Fritz Paradise!!! Well we are ready to start our project of transforming our house into our own piece of Paradise. Over the next few months you will see the transformation of our home. I will try to post new pictures as often as possible and keep you up to date with everything that is going on. Get ready for some excitement!! We definitely are!!!
