Fence Time

Today we spent the day working on the fences. Ever since this project started and the dirt piles and mud pits started growing, we have had to walk our dog Max on a lease in the back yard. There is nothing more fun than taking Max out on a leash and trying to get him to go to the bathroom. It ranks right up there with waiting for the washing machine to stop spinning, when you are in a rush, so you can put the cloths in the dryer. He has to sniff every blade of grass to make sure nothing has changed since the last time you took him out. So it was top priority to get the fences repaired, so Max could run around the yard again without us having to walk him on a leash. Laura and I repaired the back fence where everyone was originally coming in and out of. Then we got all new fencing material for both of the front sides of the fence that you can see from the front of the house. We got one side almost complete. Just have to make the gate still. Laura also got some more plants for the garden this weekend. We are going to be opening a farmers market before you know it. That reminds me I really need to plant another lime tree. Now if they only made a Corona tree, we would be set. This weekend would have been a great time to have the hot tub already in. Cheers!
